The grant request must be relevant to the long-term goals of strengthening Greater New Haven, Israel, or other Jewish communities around the world.
The grant request must demonstrate a need within the Jewish community and exhibit that the project is well planned and feasible.
The grant applicant (organization or individual) must address the long-term plan to carry out the proposal and financial projection that includes sustainability and independence from the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven.
The grant must justify an appropriate budget in relation to the proposed project.
The grant application must include signed partnership agreements from all partners on the project.
All grant applicants are required to consult with the grant administrator before submitting their application, no later than December 2, to ensure compliance with all requirements. Additionally, grant applications must be fully completed at the time of submission, as no changes or follow-up discussions will be allowed this year.
Please Note: Unfortunately, there is no way to save your progress on the applications to continue at a later time/date. For this reason, we recommend that you copy the questions into a Word document and draft your responses there.
